Graham has 30 years experience in the engineering and construction industry and has been employed by Lowe since 2004. Graham is our Head of Risk and Value Management and, as well as specialising in risk management, provides consultancy services in respect of dispute resolution and contract management. Previously Graham has had a broad and varied career in design, site supervision and contract management and has held senior positions on a variety of major civil engineering projects both in the UK and overseas.

Graham has experience working for consultants, local authorities and contractors on projects as varied as port and highways construction in Nigeria, highway design and construction in the UK, assessment of desert roads in Jordan, contract management of urban traffic control systems in the UK and contract management and procurement of major road rehabilitation projects in Kenya.

He is experienced in the use of computer-aided techniques and systems for design, planning, risk management and project management. Graham graduated as a Civil Engineer from Heriot Watt University in 1978 and more recently in 2008 received a Masters Degree (LLM) in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde.
