Trent joined us at the end of 2009 and increases our compliment of consultants in respect of dispute resolution, project management and contract management.
Trent has over 20 years' experience in the construction and engineering industries on projects in the UK, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Caribbean and South East Asia. That experience includes Commercial, Contract and Project Management of pharmaceutical; road and bridge; commercial (including stadia, hotels and retail); major mechanical (including power stations, cement plants and material handling sytems); rail; marine; water and wastewater treatment; gas distribution; prisons and barracks; high rise commercial developments, including the tallest buildings in the world at the time; and also the tallest concrete building in the world.
Prior to joining Lowe, Trent worked for contractors, subcontractors, consultants and directly for clients/employers as a Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager and Project Manager.
In addition, Trent has extensive experience of delay and disruption claims, EoT and delay analysis, additional payment claims, contract administration and terminations, and has also participated in and given testimony to court and arbitration tribunals. Trent has also acted as Co-Council on Common Law and Civil Code cases.
Trent is an experienced construction professional, highly competent in IT and technological hardware and is an Honours Degree Graduate from South Bank University.
