Manoj Bahl

Manoj Bahl

Senior Consultant

Manoj joined Lowe in 2009 and leads our planning and programme management capabilities from our London office. His role includes the responsibility for planning and project management services and specifically the development, production, maintenance and analysis of both design and construction programmes and systems of work.

Prior to joining Lowe, Manoj worked both for global consulting and contracting organisations and brings with him the core skills in establishing and maintaining project control structures and techniques gained from working on some of the largest and renowned projects of recent times, both in the UK and overseas.

Manoj worked for four years as a civil engineer for contracting organisations, firstly working within site management for a regional contractor and then as a planner for a global contractor. He gained extensive site-based construction experience managing civil engineering schemes on various water, highways and infrastructure projects nationally before moving on to provide a specialist planning role for one of the largest ongoing infrastructure projects in the UK. Manoj then worked for a multi-national consultant where he further developed his skills in planning, programme/project management and construction on a number of flagship projects. His work covered all facets of the built environment together with providing an input in the development of business strategies and portfolios for global organisations.

His experiences have included both the private and public sectors, together with involvement in several PPP/PFI projects. These projects have been in building (new build, maintenance and refurbishment), commercial (data centre, office fit-out and education) and infrastructure (rail, airports, utilities, ports and highways) environments.
