David became Company Secretary and Company Accountant in early 2005. Prior to joining us, he was Group Finance Director for an SME specialising in the provision of marine contracting and environmental services in the UK and overseas. Prior to this, David worked as a specialist manager in the accounting profession, a senior area manager in the meat industry and with a major Government Development Agency. David has a wealth of experience in the areas of finance, company secretariat, pensions and insurance and is responsible for all aspects of the finance function within the company.
