cdm co-ordination
We provide the service of CDM Co-ordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007. These regulations were introduced to help reduce the number of serious and fatal accidents which affect the UK construction industry each year. It now falls to all who create the risks to be responsible for controlling them. The regulations affect almost all construction works and anyone with a project in mind should check with designers, a CDM Co-ordinator (formerly a Planning Supervisor) or the Health and Safety Executive to see how that project is affected, as failure to comply is a criminal offence.
As experienced CDM Co-ordinators, we are able to provide an in-depth understanding of the regulations governing design and construction projects. The increasing demand for CDM Co-ordinators who can offer the high levels of service required to administer the regulations on a wide range of projects is one of the driving factors behind our ability to deliver client needs. All our CDM Co-ordinators have many years experience working with contractors, civil engineers and other designers, often under the most demanding circumstances on numerous construction projects in all sectors.
Our CDM Co-ordinators are Registered Members of the Association for Project Safety or meet the academic requirements for Membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers Health and Safety Register which is available only to those who can demonstrate competence and possess the broad experience necessary to meet the core criteria requirements of the 2007 CDM Regulations Approved Code of Practice.
